    EUTIERRIA means connection to nature. This album explores a Summer's day/night of wonder and communion experienced with the nature within myself and my surroundings.

    I want to share it and take you on a magical, mystical 'escape' from everyday life. There is peace, healing, insight and wisdom in connecting ourselves once more with the natural world. This turned out to be a deeply personal album for me and yet it's universal in it's reach.

THIS ALBUM BEGAN AS AN INSPIRATION BY A ZEPHYR. IT BROUGHT THREE OF THESE SONGS TO ME ON IT’S BREEZE AS A GIFT, TO INSPIRE IN ME A NEW CREATIVE DIRECTION, A NEW AWAKENING, A NEW CALLING TO ONCE AGAIN TRUST AND FOLLOW THE MUSES FAITHFULLY. THEY HAD SOMETHING FOR ME TO REALIZE. ENTHUSIASTICALLY I ACCEPTED THE ASSIGNMENT AND IMMEDIATELY BEGAN TO PLAY, WRITING AND COLLATING SONGS AND IMAGES FOR WHAT WOULD BE THIS ALBUM. THE VISION WAS CLEAR AND THE SONGS REVEALED THEMSELVES AS WE WENT ALONG BRINGING THEM TO LIFE. WE WORKED BY DAY, MOSTLY THROUGH SUMMER AS I WANTED THE SUN’S WARM HEALING RAYS TO FEATURE POSITIVELY THROUGH THE NOTES.

I HAVE ENJOYED WEAVING INTO THE FABRIC OF THESE SONGS MY LIFELONG LOVE AND AWE FOR CONNECTING TO SPIRIT AND NATURE/ANIMALS (EUTIERRIA). MY IMAGINATION IS FURTHER INSPIRED BY THE FANTASTICAL TALES IN GREEK MYTHOLOGY, HAPPY CHILDHOOD MEMORIES OF SUMMERS PAST, THE BEAUTIFUL ISLAND OF LEMNOS, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, KRIYA YOGA MEDITATION WHICH BUILT ME UP AND SUPPORTS EVERYTHING GOOD THAT I DO.

LISTENING TO THIS ALBUM WILL BE YOUR OWN JOURNEY. ONE THAT I HOPE WILL REMIND AND INSPIRE YOU OF BEAUTIFUL TIMES OF CONNECTION YOU TOO HAVE EXPERIENCED AND CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE WITHIN YOURSELF. AS AN ADDED BONUS YOU WILL ALSO KNOW ME, DEEPLY. THIS ALBUM IS ME. THE ESSENCE OF MY SOUL IS HERE (THIS PART WAS A HAPPY ACCIDENT!)
THE ALBUM BEGINS AT DAWN AMONGST TREES AND GOES THROUGH TO THE STILL OF A STARRY NIGHT. FROM HELPING ONESELF BY ‘ESCAPING’ INTO NATURE TO FINDING ONESELF IN CONNECTION TO THE WHOLE, ENDING IN A REALIZATION, A ‘VOW’ TO MYSELF TO LIVE BY. MINE IS - I CHOOSE NOTHING BUT LOVE!
